Tell us first

If something has gone wrong, whether that is your care, an order, or how you were treated, write to care@joinfira.com. Tell us what happened and what you would like us to do about it. A person reads every complaint; none are handled by our care assistant.

Data complaints

If your complaint is about how we handle your personal data specifically, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would rather you told us first so we can fix it. See our Privacy policy for more on your data rights.
